Not only did he assist in picking up all my household items and appliances without a single complaint, but he also made me feel so welcome in Japan. Despite my limited Japanese, his kindness and support made everything feel easier and more comfortable.
Atsushi went above and beyond by guiding me through the moving-in procedures with such patience and warmth, and I truly appreciate his dedication. His humility, politeness, and constant smile were a true highlight. In my two years in Tokyo, he is the only Japanese person who has offered such hands-on support, and I can’t thank him enough.
