JPY 18,000 per truckload.

Distance up to 12km
e.g.Tokyo station to Shinjuku station is 11km

For distances over 12km

Small moves & furniture delivery

from JPY 8,000

Additional charges for the following

Weekend and Public Holidays

3rd Floor (no elevator)

+JPY 5,000

4th Floor (no elevator)

+JPY 7,000

Second Trip: 10% off

JPY 15,000→JPY 13,500

Extra Helper (per person)

We ask clients to please be present and assist with the moving process.
We don’t provide boxes for packing. Please source them yourself and we don't provide packing service.
Please pack your valuables carefully.
Please make sure that all packing is completed before the driver arrives.
We cannot accept triple-door refrigerators or refrigerators over 165cm tall due to the size of the truck.
We cannot accept front-loading washing machines.
Any damages to building or property made by staff will be the responsibility of our service. We do not take responsibility for damages in which the client was involved (e.g. damages to wallpaper or floor while staff and client were carrying or moving something together)
Please cover any parking fees if onstreet parking is not available.
Travel distances will be based on Google Maps results.
Please ensure the refrigerator and freezer are emptied before moving.
